The platform
What we own, and how we hold it
We are an operating holding company, not a fund. That means no fund life and no clock forcing a sale: we hold a business as long as it compounds, reinvest its cash flow into the next capability, and sell only when someone values it more than we do. Value is built through execution rather than bought at the top of a cycle.
Aerospace & defense
Qualified, cleared production and the specialist supply chain that supports it.
Industrial manufacturing
Precision fabrication, advanced manufacturing and the capability layer around it.
Logistics
Distribution, warehousing and vendor-managed inventory for industrial customers.
Industrial real estate
Owned warehouse and light-manufacturing property near ports, rail and interstate.
Operating credentials ITAR registered · ISO 9001:2015 · HUBZone certified · NMSDC MBE · SAM active · owned manufacturing facility, New Orleans
Who we serve Prime contractors and federal agencies across defense, aerospace and energy · industrial and commercial customers in manufacturing and distribution
Mandate
United States
Where we operate, own property and hold cleared production. Domestic industrials are the default case for capital.
Special situations abroad
Considered case by case, and only where the platform itself supplies the edge — capability, customers or supply chain we already have.
Every deal must clear clear synergy with an existing platform · a local operating partner · integrable into what we already run · staged capital, proof before scale
We buy capability, not earnings.
Approach
One repeatable method, applied again and again
Every business we hold runs through the same cycle. Capital moves to the next opportunity only once the last one has proved itself in operation.
Proof, then capital
Deployment follows demonstrated operating performance — not a projection.
Self-reinforcing
Cash flow from today's businesses funds the next capability we add.
Disciplined
We only acquire what strengthens the platform. We decline far more than we pursue.
Partnerships
We work with partners who bring capability, not only capital
Most of what we do is done alongside someone — an operating partner in a new market, a strategic counterparty on an acquisition, a corporate partner whose capability complements ours. We are selective, and we prefer to start with one concrete project rather than a broad relationship.
What we contribute
Operating businesses and manufacturing capability, government access and compliance, and industrial execution on the ground.
What a partner brings
Complementary capability, transaction flow, institutional relationships and cross-border market access.
How we start
A single defined project with a clear scope, so both sides can judge the fit before anything larger is contemplated.
What we will not pursue
- Businesses without recurring-revenue potential
- Acquisitions that cannot be integrated
- Markets without a local operating partner
- Growth without operating capability
